Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service background essential.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse groups.
• Must be energetic, self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and well-stocked with supplies.
