Job summary

Comstock is seeking a dedicated concierge to deliver exceptional hospitality to residents. You will greet guests, assist residents with inquiries, and maintain a welcoming, organized front desk environment.

Responsibilities include managing phones, coordinating amenity bookings, and supporting daily operations with a proactive, energetic approach. Weekend and holiday availability is required to ensure service levels align with resident needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service background.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend work required.
• Holiday coverage required; flexibility to pick up additional shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people.
• Self-motivated and high energy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary stationery and materials.
• Respond promptly to tenant questions and complaints.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Handle incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity spaces and loading areas.
• Conduct daily building walks and address maintenance needs and décor.
• Work scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as needed.
