Legend Senior Living® is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our administrative team at the front desk, welcoming residents and guests with warmth and professionalism. You will provide information about local attractions, conduct community tours, and relay messages to appropriate departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked.
