Legend Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our administrative team at the front desk, greeting residents and guests, sharing local recommendations, and coordinating tours. You will act as the first point of contact, handling inquiries, routing concerns, and contributing to a welcoming community environment.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, strong organization, and the ability to engage visitors while supporting residents in a gracious, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked.
