Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will warmly assist residents and guests at the front desk, share information about local attractions, conduct community tours, and relay messages to the appropriate department.

The Concierge acts as a frontline ambassador, handling concerns, offering knowledge about the local community, coordinating parking and tours, and ensuring the front desk and common areas remain clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Candidates should show strong organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar concierge role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as frontline ambassador to residents and guests with the highest level of customer service.
• Receives concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains knowledge of local attractions and provides info on events, restaurants, tours and transportation.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensures model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Keeps front desk and common areas clean and stocked.
