Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors and families.
• Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries.
• Monitor safety systems and report unusual activity.
• Process work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs for keys and passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Provide timely responses to resident/family/employee concerns.
