Job summary

Cedarbrook Senior Living in Rochester is seeking a Concierge to greet residents and guests, handle calls, and support operations. You will coordinate transportation, assist with events, and back-up sales inquiries, while monitoring safety systems during daytime hours.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and teamwork to enhance residents’ daily experiences in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents, potential residents, visitors, family members and guests entering the community.
• Manages external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.
• Assists the Business Office Director and Executive Director with special projects.
• Assists residents with scheduling personal transportation services in conjunction with the Activities Director.
• Submits work order requests to the Maintenance Director.
• Assists the Activities Director with making reservations for residents for various community events.
• Acts as a back-up for Sales and Marketing inquiry calls.
• Monitors emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours.
