Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resident support: assist residents with transportation scheduling, activity sign-ups, and inquiries.
• Front desk operations: answer phones, greet visitors, monitor entry points, and keep reception organized.
• Communication coordination: relay information between residents, families, staff, and leadership.
• Hospitality services: deliver high-touch customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Administrative tasks: maintain logs, documentation, scheduling, event prep, and data entry.
• Safety & security awareness: monitor visitor access and follow emergency procedures.
