FirstService Residential in Florida is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage guest flows, greet residents, and support security operations. You will work independently, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

The role emphasizes emergency response awareness, daily logs, and adherence to safety procedures. This full-time, on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and the chance to contribute to a secure, welcoming residential environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
Two to three years of business experience preferred.
Computer literacy: information system hardware/software preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Multilingual ability desirable.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilités

Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
Monitors Emergency Response System.
Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitors and controls access to the building.
Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
Other duties as required.
