Job summary

FirstService Residential is hiring a Front Desk Associate in the United States. You will meet and greet residents, check guests and service providers in/out, and respond to emergencies while monitoring electronic security systems.

Strong communication and multitasking are essential. This full-time, non-exempt role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and Vision plans, a 401k with company match, paid holidays, and potential travel for training or company functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: information system hardware/software knowledge preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and direct guests and invitees.
• Monitor and control access to the building.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Operate electronic security control systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with on-site property manager tasks as needed.
• Assist with AEDT or related assessment processes when applicable.
• May handle other duties as assigned by the property manager.
