Job summary

Connect Staffing Professional is seeking a Community Manager to lead the daily operations and performance of an assigned apartment community. This role oversees financial results, on-site team, leasing activity, resident relations, and property condition.

Responsibilities include preparing the annual operating budget, rent collection, and financial reporting; leading hiring, training, payroll, and performance management; overseeing leasing and marketing; building positive resident relations;

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Property Manager, Community Manager, or in a similar property management leadership role
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations
• Working knowledge of fair housing laws and property management regulations
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the on-site team, including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and performance management
• Oversee leasing and marketing activities, work toward occupancy goals, recommend rental rates, and manage lease renewals
• Build positive relationships with residents, support community activities, and apply property policies and procedures consistently and professionally
• Inspect the community, coordinate with maintenance staff, and manage vendor relationships to support a safe, clean, and well-maintained property
