Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Resident Communications Manager to lead the resident communications function for Connectivity Solutions in Salt Lake City. You will shape onboarding journeys for Multifamily and Single-Family residents, translating complex network setups into smooth experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in B2C lifecycle communications or marketing operations.
• Experience managing 2+ direct reports.
• Proven ability to navigate cross-functional ambiguity and escalate when needed.
• Experience with AI copywriting/workflow tools and QA standards.
• Proficient with CMS platforms and email marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead team strategy, govern intake rules, SLAs, and escalation paths.
• Audit FAQs, landing pages, and automated flows to boost self-service.
• Design, build, and manage templated and custom email journeys.
• Administer Contentful CMS and Engage campaigns; manage assets.
• Map resident journeys to reduce onboarding friction and enrollments.
