Qualifications

• 4 years of property management experience with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Strong working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google platforms.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets/forecasts.
• Ability to communicate clearly, negotiate, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish leasing benchmarks and a marketing plan to achieve occupancy goals.
• Plan grand opening events and build local partnerships for brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategy and remain competitive.
• Lead on-site teams in maintenance, leasing, and operations to meet financial goals.
• Manage cash flow, leases, and revenue documentation with accuracy.
