Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Resident Communications Manager to lead the resident communications function for its connectivity solution across multifamily and single-family residences. You will own the content, journeys, and platform hygiene while driving enrollments and self-service adoption.

Responsibilities include defining SLAs, auditing FAQs and landing pages, designing email journeys, and overseeing offshore team members.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in B2C lifecycle communications, email campaign architecture, or marketing operations.
• 2+ years directly managing direct reports.
• Experience with AI copywriting/workflow tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define intake rules, SLAs, request protocols, and escalation paths.
• Audit and update resident-facing FAQs, landing pages, and automated flows to improve self-service.
• Design, build, and manage templated and custom email journeys.
• Lead due diligence and rollout for key platforms.
• Measure results with enrollment reporting and attribution tracking.
• Coach and manage 2–3 offshore specialists weekly.
• Create SOPs and knowledge bases for campaigns and landing-page builds.
• Establish QA checklists and template standards for assets.
