Job summary

Conservice LLC is seeking a Resident Communications Manager to lead the connectivity communications function for Multifamily and Single-Family residences. You will own journey design, email sequences, and content production across platforms, while managing a small offshore team and aligning with cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on copywriting, CMS administration, and marketing automation, with a focus on onboarding friction reduction and enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in B2C lifecycle communications, email campaigns, or marketing operations.
• 2+ years directly managing direct reports.
• Proven ability to perform hands-on platform builds and copywriting while guiding team strategy.
• Experience with AI copywriting/workflow tools and QA standards.
• Hands-on proficiency with CMS platforms, email marketing automation, and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Map and optimize end-to-end resident communication flows to reduce onboarding friction and drive enrollment.
• Draft, edit, and optimize resident emails, landing pages, FAQs, and move-in/move-out guides.
• Administer Contentful CMS and Engage campaigns, including templates and audience segmentation.
• Configure bulk asset automation workflows and design templates for marketing content.
• Lead and coach 2-3 offshore Resident Communications Specialists with weekly 1:1s.
