FirstService Residential is seeking a Communications Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute resident communications across multiple channels. You will develop content, manage digital platforms, and support events and initiatives while aligning with company standards and client expectations.

The role requires an Associate degree in communications or related field and 1–3 years of experience in communications or marketing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• Experience managing websites, social media platforms, email marketing systems, and digital communication tools preferred.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver license.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, develop, and distribute resident communications including newsletters, announcements, notices, surveys, email campaigns, and special communications.
• Ensure communication content is accurate, professional, timely, and consistent with approved branding and communication standards.
• Partner with community leadership and departments to support communication initiatives and organizational objectives.
• Assist with developing communication plans for major projects, events, operational updates, and emergency notifications.
