Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to lead community lifestyle programs, events, fitness activities, and off-site trips. You will design and recommend activities, and work with the Lifestyle Committee to deliver a comprehensive schedule for residents.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced community setting, with on-site responsibilities and occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Lifestyle coordination and/or Event planning.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and promote a welcoming community environment.
• Coordinate programs, classes and events with Lifestyle Committee.
• Monitor trends to keep activities fresh and relevant.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Lifestyle Programs.
• Set up and participate in lifestyle events as needed.
• Assist clubs with activities and scheduling.
• Teach fitness/aquatic programs if certified.
• Respond to resident questions promptly and professionally.
• Prepare newsletters and contribute to the community site.
• Maintain monthly community calendar and facility access.
