Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Operations Staff member to deliver top-tier service to residents and guests, manage front-desk tasks, and assist in daily property operations. You will monitor systems, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate logs while coordinating with the Property Manager.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a solid customer service background, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules. This is an on-site, full-time role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• FA CPR AED Certification is desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist residents and guests.
• Monitor control and emergency response systems and respond promptly.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms accurately.
• Keep the building and surroundings safe and secure at all times.
• Support property operations and coordination with the Property Manager.
