Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a dynamic events and communications coordinator to support resident programming and community engagement. You will help plan, promote, and execute events, manage communications across channels, and assist with amenities operations.

This role requires 1-2 years in event planning or related areas, and 2 years in communications. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Flexible hours, including some nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred.
• This is not an 8-5, Monday-Friday desk job; must work full-time hours with some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with a resident board, committees, and volunteers.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, promoting and executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar.
• Engage in content creation for community communications – website, newsletters, social media, etc.
• Support the operations of the amenity center.
• Welcome and assist with new resident experience.
• Provide support for club and group management.
• Handle vendor management, payments, and broader community communications.
