Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and relevant maintenance certifications.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Ability to read policy manuals and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely manner and provide maintenance support.
• Perform on-site maintenance and safety duties with a professional attitude.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
