Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant, Multifamily to support residents with move-ins, service requests, and exceptional customer service. The role focuses on quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely maintenance responses.

You will handle tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep, while adhering to safety policies and company standards. Regular training and professional conduct are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 – Type II or CPO certificate preferred.
• Related maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Market Ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as needed.
• Keep grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities clean and safe.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and participate in required training programs.
