Avenue5 Residential in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Leasing Consultant earning $18–$20 per hour. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A high school diploma is required; sales or leasing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and lease activity.
• Schedule tours and convert traffic into scheduled appointments.
• Assist with planning resident events and handling daily administrative tasks.
