Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention and support the Property Manager as needed.

The role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to manage lease files, market outreach, and customer service across a busy, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, tour prospects, qualify prospects, and close the sale.
• Inspect property and model units; communicate service needs to Property Manager.
• Demonstrate community features and apply product knowledge to clients’ needs.
• Process rental applications and lease documentation; prepare move-in files.
• Record traffic sources daily and convert at least 30% to leases.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours and with at least two additional contacts.
