Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC Garland, Texas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention while supporting the Property Manager.

The role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and familiarity with property-management software. Regular duties include marketing, touring, and lease administration for a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service and/or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills; professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes by generating traffic, answering inquiries, touring units, and closing leases.
• Process rental applications and move-in/out coordination.
• Maintain lease files and track traffic-to-lease conversions (target 30%).
• Assist Marketing and daily office duties as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to residents’ needs.
