Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction, while assisting the Property Manager and Assistant Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software. Basic office duties and flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes and generate traffic.
• Respond to inquiries and conduct tours of the property.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain lease files and track traffic-to-lease conversion.
• Support Property Manager with leasing and administrative tasks.
