Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Houston, TX to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction, while assisting the Property Manager and Assistant Manager as directed.

The role requires strong customer service, sales, and leasing experience, along with proficiency in property management software (YARDI) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, tour prospects, qualify and close leases.
• Inspect property areas daily and communicate needs to Property Manager.
• Explain features and benefits to clients; close the sale and process rental applications.
• Maintain lease files; manage move-ins, move-outs, and renewals; track traffic and convert at least 30% to leases.
• Support marketing efforts and community outreach to generate traffic.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to residents and prospects.
