Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention.

The Leasing Consultant is also responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Assistant Manager as directed. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, plus experience with leasing software (YARDI) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with leasing software (YARDI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, greet prospects, tour property, qualify leads, and close leases.
• Process rental applications and schedule move-ins; maintain lease files.
• Record traffic from all sources and aim to convert at least 30% to leases.
• Support Property Manager and Assistant Manager with daily tasks.
