Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, renewals, and resident interactions to maximize occupancy and retention. You will support the Property Manager and Assistant Manager, handle applications, and help implement the marketing plan.

Applicants should have strong communication and customer service skills, experience in leasing or sales, and familiarity with YARDI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum one year in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, greet prospects, tour property, qualify prospects and close the sale.
• Inspect property cleanliness and communicate maintenance needs.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documents.
• Record traffic and achieve lease conversions from inquiries.
• Maintain lease files and renewals per policy.
• Support Manager with daily operations and scheduling.
