Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction, and support the Property Manager as directed.

Responsibilities include generating traffic, touring models, processing applications, maintaining lease files, and following up with prospects promptly to close leases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour and close leases.
• Visually inspect the property daily for cleanliness and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Demonstrate property features and benefits to clients and close the sale.
• Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
• Maintain lease files per policy and track traffic sources.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours with at least two additional contacts.
• Assist marketing plans to generate traffic and maintain leads.
• Move-in presentations to new residents and ensure readiness.
• Record service requests and schedule move-ins.
• Assist in lease renewals and prepare renewal letters.
• Keep market survey of competitor rates up to date monthly.
