Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while supporting the Property Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and knowledge of property management software like YARDI. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour and close sales by obtaining a rental application.
• Visually inspect property areas daily and communicate service needs to the Property Manager.
• Demonstrate community and apartment/model features and close the sale.
• Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
