Sunrise Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead nursing and care programs across the community. You will perform resident assessments, oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP), monitor condition changes, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

This role drives QA, ensures regulatory compliance, manages staffing and budgets, and partners with sales on move-ins.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current licensure in good standing.
• Proven clinical leadership experience in a senior living or long-term care setting.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements governing nursing facilities (state/federal).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee ISP development.
• Monitor condition changes and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Drive QA/PPS initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and performance-manage clinical staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Collaborate with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.

• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

Pay Range: 80,184.00 - 110,656.00
