Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Edina, MN is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to serve as the clinical leader of the community, overseeing health, wellness, and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services.

You will lead the nursing team, conduct assessments, oversee ISP, monitor changes in condition, manage medication and infection control, and drive QAPI initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance and guiding staff development.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Experience leading nursing teams in a senior living setting.
• Knowledge of CLIA, infection control and regulatory requirements.

Pay Range:

93,808.00 - 129,584.00
