Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence across the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services.

You will manage nursing staff, drive assessments and ISP plans, oversee medication and infection control programs, lead QAPI initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with physicians and the sales team to support resident outcomes.

Competenze

• RN licensure required or in good standing (US)
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
• Strong regulatory and infection control knowledge

Pay Range:

107,536.00 - 122,053.00
