Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to serve as the clinical leader at our Newton community. You will oversee health, wellness, care coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services.

You will lead nursing teams, conduct resident assessments, manage ISP, monitor condition changes, and coordinate with physicians. The role emphasizes QAPI initiatives, staffing, budgeting, and collaboration with sales for move-ins.

Qualifications

• RN license and clinical leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing care programs and ISP.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to lead teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.

Pay Range:

93,808.00 - 129,584.00
