Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence at the community level. You will oversee health, wellness and care coordination, ensuring safe, high-quality, resident-centered services.

You will drive regulatory compliance, team performance and clinical leadership while partnering with physicians and clinical partners to support Sunrise’s standards and mission. A rewarding opportunity to elevate resident health and wellness.

Qualifications

• RN licensed nurse with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of CLIA and infection control.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and staffing.
• Experience driving QAPI and regulatory compliance.
• Staff development and performance management skills.
