Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Livingston, NJ is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead the clinical team and oversee health, wellness and care coordination in our community. You will drive clinical excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach staff to deliver resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, coordinating ISP, managing medication programs, infection control, and budgeting while partnering with physicians and the Sales team to support move-ins.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licenses with good standing.
• Experience leading clinical teams in senior living or healthcare.
• Knowledge of CLIA and infection-control practices.

• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.

93,808.00 - 129,584.00
