Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to serve as the clinical leader of the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high‑quality, resident‑centered services. This role drives clinical excellence and regulatory compliance while supporting Sunrise’s mission and care standards.

You will lead the nursing team, manage assessments and ISP, monitor changes in condition, and drive QAPI initiatives, staffing, scheduling and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with leadership experience in senior living.
• Experience overseeing health, wellness, and care coordination.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

Pay Range

93,808.00 - 129,584.00
