Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to serve as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services. This role drives clinical excellence and team performance while supporting Sunrise’s care standards and regulatory compliance.

The position includes leading the nursing team, conducting assessments, coordinating with physicians, and managing staffing and budgets to ensure

Qualifications

• RN license required with clinical leadership experience.
• Experience in nursing care leadership within senior living or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee ISP.
• Monitor condition changes and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable.
• Drive QAPI initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and departmental budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.

Pay Range: 78,208.00 - 107,952.00
