Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence across the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination for safe, high-quality resident-centered services.

You will drive regulatory compliance, QA/PI initiatives and manage the nursing team, staffing, budget, and collaborations with medical partners to ensure highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• RN license or eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience leading nursing teams and coordinating resident care.
• Knowledge of CLIA requirements and infection-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable
• Drive QA and PI initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

Pay Range

88,816.00 - 122,512.00
