Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc. is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to serve as the clinical leader, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality resident-centered services.

You will drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and team performance in alignment with Sunrise’s mission and care standards. The role leads the nursing team, conducts assessments, oversees ISP development, medication management and infection control, and advances QAPI

Qualifications

• RN with active license required.
• Proven leadership in nursing care settings.
• Experience leading clinical teams and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable.
• Drive QAPI initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.
