Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence, oversee health and care coordination, and ensure resident-centered services.

You will supervise the nursing team, drive regulatory compliance and QAPI initiatives, manage staffing and department budgets, oversee medication management, and collaborate with physicians and sales to support move-ins.

Qualifications

• RN with clinical leadership experience overseeing health and care coordination.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement.
• Ability to lead nursing teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor condition changes and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable.
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.

Pay Range: 78,208.00 - 107,952.00

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs

• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable

• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
