Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence across the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services.

You will supervise the nursing team, conduct resident assessments, oversee ISP, monitor condition changes, manage medication, infection control, CLIA leadership, and drive QAPI, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and collaboration with Sales on

Pay Range:

95,368.00 - 131,664.00
