Sunrise Senior Living in Morris Plains seeks a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence, oversee health, wellness and care coordination, and ensure safe, high-quality resident-centered services.

You will supervise nursing staff, drive regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and sales to support move-ins.

Qualifications

• Lead nursing team and all care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee ISP.
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable.
• Drive QAPI initiatives to improve care quality.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.

Pay Range: 93,808.00 - 129,584.00
