Job summary

WHITERIVERMC seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to assist health services leadership in coordinating resident care and supervising the health services team. The role requires involvement in planning, evaluations, staffing, and training to ensure high-quality care.

The position supports responsibilities across scheduling, medication management, and emergency response, with state and federal compliance as a priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience as a Personal Care Attendant or 6 months as a Medication Aide.
• Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
• Ability to work on-call, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must maintain required certifications for federal and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Cooperative Service Plans with health services leadership.
• Perform resident evaluations as assigned by health services leadership.
• Oversee health services team members and support education and development.
• Coordinate interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Maintain staffing levels and schedule to meet resident care needs.
