Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid and/or Qualified Medication Aid certification required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications must be current.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures resident care staffing complies with regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintains scheduling books and planning for time-off requests.
• Maintains resident records, logs, and physician orders with accuracy.
• Assists Director of Health & Wellness with training and supervision as needed.
• Coordinates care needs, appointments, and transportation for residents.
