Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Scheduling Coordinator to oversee resident case coordination, ensure accurate scheduling, staffing, visit verification, and payroll support within our comprehensive care communities.

The role also handles communications with prospective residents, families, and referral sources, with all interactions documented in the Electronic Health Record to maintain compliance and continuity of care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of clerical and/or administrative experience.
• Prior scheduling experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee coordination of resident cases by ensuring accurate scheduling and appropriate staffing.
• Verify visits and provide payroll support as needed.
• Assist with communications from prospective residents, families, and referral sources regarding services.
• Document all interactions thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
