Job summary

WHITERIVERMC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans. You will support residents with meals, personal care, mobility, safety, and comfort, while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

You will document observations and activities, report changes to Health and Wellness staff, participate in shift handoffs, and ensure the resident environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care tasks per care plan.
• Document care activities accurately in notes and SPAs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain resident rooms and personal belongings; ensure safety and comfort.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality of health information.
