Job summary

PACS Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents before procedures, document accurately, and report any changes to the supervising nurse.

Maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies. The role requires a 10th grade education, CNA licensure, and CPR (preferred).

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to the resident care plan and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or services using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
