Job summary

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before providing treatments or meals using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in a clear, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures to residents.
• Follow established policies and procedures and cooperate with staff to ensure quality nursing services.
