Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to care plans. You will greet residents, assist with daily activities, and document care interactions. Adherence to confidentiality and reporting changes to nurses is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and care activities.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
